We provide our tenants with a comprehensive maintenance service. If you are a sharing owner, please note that you are responsible for your arranging or carrying out repairs within your home - and that your rent is less in recognition of this.
We accept responsibility
for repairs arising in rented properties as a result of fair wear and tear.
If however, the repairs are necessary due to carelessness, neglect or other
actions by tenants then, if we undertake the repair, we will ask that you
pay the cost of the work. You will also be required to pay an administration
charge over and above this cost.
