This site aims to provide a source of information about all things connected with Perthshire Housing Association (PHA), its activities and services. We hope the site is of interest and use to all our business and professional contacts, and importantly, to our tenants, sharing owners and other members of the general public.
Tenants and sharing owners may find the "Residents Zone" contains some particularly useful information. Here you can access our online services, find out about our resident involvement activities and share your views online with other PHA residents.

Occasionally we provide new affordable housing for sale on a 'shared equity' basis. Click here for more information about this.
